My name is Dr Katie Psarou

I bring over 20 years of clinical experience as a registered dietitian, with specialist focus on  weight management and nutrition during pregnancy. This means you're not relying on general advice. You're getting expert, evidence-based guidance tailored specifically to you and your stage of pregnancy. 

 

This is a highly personalised experience. You'll work directly with me throughout, receiving individual support, practical guidance, and a plan that adapts as your pregnancy progresses. This programme is focused on supporting a healthy, steady weight gain through balanced nutrition that meets both yours and your baby’s needs. The goal is to help you feel confident you’re nourishing your body properly, rather than worrying about getting it “right” or “wrong.”
