1) Does Katie only work in Warrington?
Although I'm based in Warrington, all my consultations are online, so you can work with me from anywhere in the UK (or abroad) without leaving your home.
2) How do online consultations work?
Sessions are held via secure video call. You'll received a personalised nutrition plan, follow-up support and regular check-ins, just as you would in person, but with the flexibility to fit around your schedule.
3) How long will I need to work with Katie?
I usually recommend at least three months. That gives us time to build laating habits, make realistic changes, and see results that stick, whether your goal is fertility, pregnancy, or weight management or simply improving your health condition.
