I'm a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience and a PhD in Obesity and Endocrinology. I specialise in weight management, women's health, type 2 diabetes, and hormone balance. Not at all! All my consultations are online, so you can work with me from anywhere, whether you're in Leeds, in the UK or abroad, without leaving your home.  

 

2) What to Expect from your First Appointment with a Leeds Nutritionist? 

 

In your first online session, we'll start by chatting about your goals and what you'd like to achieve. I'll then take a closer look at your eating habits, lifestyle, and any medical conditions or test results that may be relevant.

 

You might be asked to complete a short food diary so I can get a full picture of your routine. After our session, you'll receive a personalised nutrition support and tailored plan with clear, practical steps to help you reach your health goals. 

 

3) Can my partner or family be involved? 

 

Absolutely! I can provide guidance for couples or involve family members if it helps you stick to your nutrition goals and feel supported along the way.
