During your 90-minute 1:1 session, the focus is entirely on you, so you leave feeling confident and re-assured. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions after you recieved your personalised report.

You'll leave with a personlised assessment, practical recommendations and specific next steps tailored to your goals.

Some clients feel confident to move forward on their one, while other choose ongoing support for additional guidance and accountability. 

 

Will I get a meal plan?

A full meal plan is part of my longer programmes, so that you can get the support ​you need to implement it. In this session, you'll receive personalised guidance on waht to eat and how to structure your meals, so you can feel confident making choices that work for your in real life. 

If you feel you'd benefit from a more structured, tailored meal plan, we can always look at ongoing support afterwards. 

 

Is this personalised to me?

Yes, everything is tailored specifically to you. Your session and recommendations are based on your health, lifestyle, preferences and goals, so you're not receiving generic advice, but guidance that fits your situation.

Can I ask questions during the session?

This is your time to ask anything whether it's about your diet, health concerns, meal ideas, or specific challenges you're facing. The session is deigned to give you clear answers and reassurance.
