A deep dive into your health, lifestyle and current eating patterns. A detailed analysis report of your pregnancy nutritional and dietary requirements will be provided. - A personalised road map with specific action steps to enable you to reach your pregnancy goals - 6 one-to-one consultations (60mins each) that address your individual needs. - Practical nutrition solutions to manage cravings, nausea/sickness and constipation - Proven approaches to minimise risk or manage pregnancy-related conditions (pre-eclampsia, anaemia, gestational diabetes) - A personalised meal plan (adapted at each stage of pregnancy) that meets your food preferences and lifestyle, so you know exactly what to eat and when to eat throughout your pregnancy - A personalised supplement plan that supports your pregnancy nutritional needs This is for you if you want to gain a healthy weight during your pregnancy to: - Return quickly to a pre-pregnancy weight without piling more weight back on - Avoid losing weight due to nausea, sickness or digestive issues - Avoid pregnancy risks and complications - Minimise the risk of miscarriage - Improve a medical condition which impacts your weight and pregnancy including diabetes, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), bowel disorders (IBD) and thyroid conditions. This programme is for you if: - You are pregnant with one baby or more at any stage of pregnancy (from 6 weeks gestation up to 3rd trimester*) - You have gained a lot of weight prior to pregnancy and want to avoid excessive weight gain - You have a condition that impacts your weight, your health, and your baby’s health *If you want support during your 3rd trimester book a discovery call to discuss your needs There are 2 limited spots per month The programme is for the duration of your pregnancy. You start the programme on the day you book the first session.
