A deep dive on your journey to find all about you. This includes an assessment of your health, lifestyle and current eating patterns. A detailed analysis report of your fertility nutritional and dietary requirements will be provided. - A personalised road map with specific action steps to reach your goals - 6 one-to-one consultations (60mins each) that address your individual needs. - Practical nutrition solutions for weight freedom - Proven approaches to meet your fertility goals - A Personalised meal plan so you know exactly what to eat and when to eat - A Personalised supplement plan that supports your fertility without breaking the bank This is for you if you want to be a healthier weight: - in preparation for your pregnancy -to increase the chances of getting pregnant - to be eligible for NHS fertility Treatment - to avoid pregnancy risks and complications - to improve a medical condition which impacts your fertility struggles including poor sperm quality, diabetes, endometriosis, fibroids, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), primary ovarian insufficiency (POI) and thyroid conditions. This programme is for you as an individual (man or woman) or couple who: - is trying to conceive and want to start your own family. - has just started thinking about having a baby - has been trying for a while - is trying naturally - is on the wait list for IVF, IUI, ICSI or ovulation induction -is already undergoing fertility treatment If you want to attend the programme as a couple there is an additional cost of £100. This includes an extra session for your partner’s nutrition assessment & personalised road map. There are 5 limited spots/month. This is a 12-week programme. The programme starts on the day you book the 1st session.

It is very important to us and our clients that our clinics run smoothly. To enable this we require 48 hours notice for cancelation or rescheduling.
