Service Description

Are you thinking about weaning your baby but not sure how? Have you already started but not sure if you are giving the right amount? This is an opportunity to ask all your questions and gain confidence to embark on this journey with your baby. Available to families with babies aged between 4-9 months. This group workshop (£40 per family for 2hrs)/ individual family session (£80 for 1hr) will help you: - Understand how much food and milk your baby needs - What foods to avoid and signs of allergies - Safety issues and when is the best time to start introducing food - Learn practical ways to support your baby’s optimal nutrition to make him/her grow -Find ways to relax and enjoy this journey with your baby
