Yummy Peanut Butter and Banana Porridge Fingers

Ingredients

-1 ripe mashed Banana

-3 tablespoons of smooth Peanut Butter (wholesome)

-200grs Porridge Oats

-120ml Milk

Method

Preheat the oven to 180-190 C fan

Line with non stick baking paper a 1.5L loaf tin

Add oats to the tin then milk on top while ensuring all oats are somehow wet.

Add mashed banana and mix well.

Finally add the peanut butter and swirl with a knife.

Bake for 15 minutes

After baking, remove from the oven and leave to cool down for 10 minutes before you cut in figure sizes (makes about 8-10 figures)
